I will be following with a more "publishing-relevant" post shortly, but I wanted to share this rather sad example of spelling gone awry. Does anyone else find such notices as painful as I do? It's enough to make me want to carry around a red pen... : (

I've seriously thought about taking one class period where I give everyone in class a red pen and we set out into the world and just correct things for an hour or so.
Yes, THAT would be fun!! We tell them it's a class project and we have to do it for credit. Oh, the inaccurate apostrophes that would fal to our red pens! The misplaced modifiers...the incorrect word usage and rampant misspellings...the possibilities are endless...
