There were probably over a thousand pictures taken during the Ohio State-Georgetown game last night, but this is the one the Plain Dealer decided to run. Just seems like an odd choice.
Years ago, copy editors worked at large U-shaped tables. The chief editor's desk, in the opening of the "U," was "the slot." Copy went from rim editors to a slot editor for a final read. Rimmers proudly called themselves rimrats.

Sometimes and editor says "celebration shot," and you run a celebration shot regardless of how many good "action" shots there are from the game.
That sounds like an authentic voice of experience, sad to say.
